On our Thanksgiving Day, Danna was out and Dad was watching the kids and they wanted to read a book. So we read the Thanksgiving book about the Mayflower and Plymouth Rock, and Jake recoganized both from the story and remembered that he had just visited those two landmarks. It made me laugh and a little happy that he made the connection.
