Yea more playing with my camera, Black and white this time! Fern was eating and being quite the model! Then I tried to take some pictures of the boys and they ran away! :( I think they are not quite as enamored with my new fun! :)

Here is a picture of the wet crew, Robbie, Riley, Jake, & Liana. Baby Fern & Baby Shaun are lounging with the mom's in the shade, they didn't make it into any of the pictures. :(
So this is what you do when it is over 100 degrees (F) with no air conditioning! After a took a few photos I pulled out the hose and sat in my chair and squirted kids as they ran by squealing. Lot of Fun! I highly recommend it!!

I was actually taking a picture of Jake's FANTASTIC hair do, but he was showing off his rocks too. I had to force him to keep his swim suit on, he is my "all natural" guy. He tried to sneak them off a couple times!

3 Little Loves!

You all are in for a lot of pictures, this new camera takes such nice pictures!!
Here is Sunday, Fern had her first artichoke for dinner! Don't worry I didn't just give her the leaves, that was just for the picture! But she really liked the "meat" off the leaves, yummy! Dan took this picture saying, "Grandma Jenson needs to see this"! :)




And if we are taking pictures of one, they all want to have their picture taken! This camera really made both of the boy's eyes POP! This is Jake's silly face, he has not quite gotten the concept down! He He!





And our one eyed Riley! He is the definition of silly, right up there with his Dad, and Grandpa Myers. Do I just have my silly magnetic on? I seem to have a lot of silly boys! :)

More Birthday Fun!

Playing with my camera! You can't really see it, but they both have capes on. They are my Super Riley & Super Jake! I love that they are loving each other for at least that second! :)










Yea, we are weird! Those are candles (1 & 5) on our apple rolls (like egg rolls) We had Chinese tonight, it was great, I didn't have to cook, and there are not a lot of dishes! What more could a gal ask for!

I'll post some great fun pictures from today, (non-birthday) tomorrow!

Oh and I am nether 15 or 51! But hey at least there were candles! I did have a regular birthday cake on Saturday that Mary made from SCRATCH!! And it did have all the candles! YUMMMM! Mary takes off to Hawaii tomorrow for work :(, Aloha!!

Happy Birthday to Me!!

So.. I was playing with one of my gifts (camera) and took some pictures of my other gifts!!







So Mom got me a cool wok, Riley got me a new toaster, that he picked out! And Mary got me the cool old Pyrex dishes. Daddy and Dan went in together on the camera, Fern got me a memory stick for the camera and Jake got me a cool camera case. I am really fancy!!

I'll put up some new VERY clear photos later, off to play in the kiddy pool!

So I got a new camera for my birthday and then Dan let Riley play with our camera before last, and look at these too cute photos he took!Fern loves both of her brothers so much, you can see by how easy it was for him to get this big smile!




I love the sequence of these, she pulls in her bottom lip a lot!

Pretty in Pink!

Here is Fern today, isn't she too sweet! I could not help myself! I went in to get her up to eat, but then I had to go hunt down the camera (it was in Dan's computer bag)!! So you all get to see our cute angel (no not Angel the FAT cat, that will be another day)! :)


She really dose not even have that much pink, it just happened to be all in the picture today, she looks gorgeous in Lavender!




Funny hu, but you all needed to see her cute wool cover, it is a Pickle Pants pair. They are different shades of pink. I bought these while I was still pregnant with her, and thought they would fit earlier than now, but girls are definitely built different than boys! The wool for her pants were donated by Clyde!
I know a lot of you think I am off my rocker for cloth diapering, but I have to tell you before diving into this I would have never used the word "satisfying" to describe diapering my children. But I do now! That dose not mean I enjoy washing out the yuckies, but hey I don't melt. It's great knowing I am doing the best for my children, the environment, and our budget! I use "flat" diapers for Fern and they cost me a woppen $1.00 a piece, I have used them from the day one and am still very happy with them. Although I am thinking of tie dyeing the white ones, liven up Fern's bum a bit!

So I have the first half of our 4th here! :) The rest will come, but now I can not find the camera! Maybe it is with my keys!

Here we are at the Richfield Parade, before it started raining! Mom's new house is close enough that we got to walk!!

And here is Fern's patriotic side after Dad had stolen her from my pouch! :) Good thing I got that cute white sweater there in Richfield as a garage sale find, I really didn't think we'd need sweaters, and did not pack any for anyone!!

More Utah Fun!!

I am working up to 4th of July, here is our fun on July 3rd.

This is Fern and I right after her attempts at the Diaper Derby crawling race. I say attempt because she sat. In her defense Grandma J. And I had woken her up and run down to the park, I think she was wondering what in the world was going on! But they gave her a certificate just the same!



After cheering Fern on, the boys got to have some of their own fun! This is Riley going down the slide, They only wished Dad had more $$ so they could go again!










Here is Jake, he had a blast! He wouldn't get off! :) The best is that as Jake made it slowly up the stairs, none of the other (older) kids gave him a hard time, they just patently (and nicely) waited. It was a fun day.

We always enjoy Richfield for the 4th, and this year we didn't even fry, between Mom's new insulation on the house, and being rained on, it was very comfortable!

I'll be back soon to post the 4th pictures! I'm still on the laptop, so I'll ask Dan for help! Heaven for bid I mess up "Dan's Flying Machine", (that's what he named his computer)! Have a great day all!

More Vacation...

So here we are in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, with the Salt Lake Temple behind us. We also saw the new Joseph Smith movie in the Legacy Theater, well I got to see most of it. Yea that is the back of Fern's head on my chest, she is pretty done with this whole vacation not sleeping in her own bed thing! :)

Here is us out side the theater, I thought I'd include this one since you can see Fern, isn't she too cute! We think so! It's hard to see but she is in my new Marsupicool pouch, I love this!

We can all thank Aunt Laura for these great pictures, I forgot and left my fuzzy picture taking camera in the car. :) I'll post 4th of July pictures when I get home, and look for a post about the "fruit of our labor" too. Careful mom don't fall off your chair laughing!

A Very Merry Un-Birthday!

Just a quick post since we are still on vacation, and definitely not the only vacation post! We are having too much fun!!
We had a great "Birthday" party on Sunday, Grandma Jenson never gets to be around for the kids birthdays so we had a summer party for them! They thought that was fantastic!

I am pretty sure this is the first birthday cake Fern has noticed, as you can see from the photo, we had to hold her back, she was going strait for it! She will probably be a riot when we let her dig into her first cake in Oct.!

The boys went wild over this gift! It is a kitchen! Riley has asked for one for years! Lucky for us Grandma's friend is an amazing wood worker and grandma was able to get him to take time away from the beautiful antiques and make this BEAUTIFUL wood kitchen!
